Vouchers can also be purchased in person at the Regent Theatre Box Office (191 Collins Street, Melbourne) or the Princess Theatre Box office (163 Spring Street, Melbourne) between Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm and will include a special Christmas Box if redeemed prior to 25 December 2023.
A Handling Fee may apply at the time a Marriner Group Gift Voucher is purchased via Ticketek.com.au.
Marriner Group Gift Vouchers are issued by Ticketek and they will not refund any Gift Vouchers except as required by law including the Australian Consumer Law.
Gift Vouchers are partially redeemable. If the cost of the ticket purchase exceeds the redeemable value of a Marriner Group Gift Voucher, the voucher holder is required to pay the difference between the transaction total and the value of the particular Marriner Group Gift Voucher. The full value of any unused credit remaining on a Marriner Group Gift Voucher must be redeemed before alternative payment methods will be accepted for the outstanding balance of the transaction.
Multiple Marriner Group Gift Vouchers may be used as payment for a single transaction, up to a limit of $1,000 worth of Marriner Group Gift Vouchers per transaction.
